A National Day of Movement for Black Women’s Health

BWHI Day is an annual national call to action held during our anniversary week, rooted in the belief that when Black women prioritize their health, entire communities are stronger.

Why Movement?

Just 30 min. of moderate exercise a day, 5 days a week can help reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, anxiety, high blood pressure, and other chronic illnesses.

Who Can Participate?

Everyone. Individuals, families, companies, churches, friend groups, fitness instructors, gyms, walking clubs, sororities, community organizations, and wellness influencers.
